I am very disappointed with Sense 2. It does not show proper heart rate, it does not receive notifications. It is just an expensive watch.  I have tried all possible things described in different Forums, but nothing helps. It is just a temporary solution to uninstall and reinstall, turn the Bluetooth on and off, add/remove rights, and deactivate/activate background activities...... 

My antic Samsung Watch works with any phone, Android, iPhone, ancient Android version, the newest, any. 

Meanwhile, I hate it!

Hi @goxy43 - If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
