I 'upgraded' (I use the term loosely, bc I had a Versa 2 before and loved it but needed the extra heart health features that are in the Sense) to the Sense 2 shortly after it launched.
I've had a few SVT episodes and wanted more heart features to keep better track of my heart rate, especially when exercising or having an SVT episode.
Most of my episodes happened when I had my versa 2 and my hr was pretty accurate to what it felt like in my chest (up in the 220s BPM).
In Dec I had a similar episode to the one I had in October (versa 2 was spot on my hr), and my sense 2 was not accurate at all! During the 45 minutes of my heart rate being 160 to 223 bpm (checked using a KardiaMobile EKG device to get a record of my Episode to show my cardiologists), and my sense 2 watch showed a wide range of BPM of mostly 90 to 136 and at one point it showed my HR was like 68 bpm (when it was actually in the 190s BPM).
I got the sense 2 to help me track my HR better, and it only seems to be accurate when I'm asleep.
I've contacted support, and they weren't any help. I told them I think my watch may be defective, and they told me to screenshot my app the next time I think it's not accurate (which I have screenshots already), wear the original band (which i explained doesn't fit - it's either too loose or too tight to be effective) or wear my watch on my dominant wrist instead.
Does anyone know if the Charge 5 is more accurate on heart rate? Or would the original Sense be a better option? Since I doubt Fitbit would be willing to replace my current sense 2 (that I bought directly from them in November after it launched).
I have an Android phone, moto g stylus 2021 (which I also used with the versa 2 I had for 2 years before getting the sense 2 last Nov).

Hi @LandOfOZ39 - as you have discovered the Versa 2 has by far the best heart rate monitoring and the later watches are not as accurate during exercise or movements, so your watch is probably behaving normally.
However if you are still they are quite accurate for measuring sleep and RHR.
Have a look in the forums at other posts reporting the same issues.
