Sense 2. Got for Christmas. The heart rate is not working at all.
I finish a vigorous activity, am gasping for breath and it tells me my heart rate is 80. When standing up, apparently my heart rate is 54… either I am close to comatose or something is not working.
i contacted customer support a few days ago, they told me to restart it, which I have done, no change in readings.
I am So. Disappointed. The only reason I changed from my old Versa2 is that after a few years the battery was going but I want to return this product. I am Fed. Up.
