My watch face showing heart rate has been stuck in 142 for 3 days now - so annoying - how do I reset it?

@Chardonnay2024 Hey there, welcome to the community.

Thanks for troubleshooting your Sense 2 with us, I'll be glad to help you out. That said, I'd like to recommend you to try a long restart process following the next steps:

  • Connect the device to the charging cable.
  • Press the button located on the left side of the device. Keep holding the button for about 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Additionally, changing your clock face can sometimes refresh the device. You can find the instructions here.
