Sense 2 hr

I’m so beyond disappointed with the heart rate monitor on the sense 2 during an exercise session. I’ve been a loyal customer to Fitbit for many years now, I’ve had 3 models - all brilliant. My sense 2 is a few days old now and I have to say I’m pisses with the inaccuracies of the hrm during exercise. It’s showing nearly 20 beats lower than what’s actually true. I use a Fitbit as a trusted brand to monitor my fitness and progress but I feel as though I’ve been duped out of a lot of money. I’ve tried tightening the band, moving it up and down my wrist and it’s so frustrating because I want the data correct and it’s distracting me during workouts. PLEASE can anyone give me advice on how to fix this?

Hi @resler - HR inaccuracy is a common issue if you look through the forums and not resolvable.

if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

I'm not sure which exercise but if it is one where the wrist flexes yes there could be issues with the heart rate. Also a to tight band will cause problems.
