I am setting up ECG and I get as far as You/Health Assessments and then I get Can't Find Phone. What can I do next?

Had the same thing happen today when trying to set up ECG on another Sense 2 we have in the house.  Un-installed and re-installed the ECG app.  The setup finished and everything works great.  Thought something like this was in one of the other threads here in Community but can't find it.  YMMV
