Hi @Debg19 - unless it has a fault it sounds like it's not charging, see instructions in this link How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
To check if there is a screen fault sync with the Fitbit App. If it is not syncing it is most likely a flat battery (what level is shown in the app is when it did sync last, which you can check when in the app too).
