I upgraded to the Sense 2 less than a month ago. My steps are in accurate. My hourly activity, even though I’m hitting my hourly goal, is not registering on the dashboard. And according to Fitbit, I haven’t slept in 2 weeks! I have tried all of the recommended steps! Ever since Google took over, I have had nothing but issues and I’ve been a diehard Fitbit user for about 7 years. What’s the deal?!

I am having the same problem. Different days steps are being repeated on other days - 2 hours later they change but still wrongly repeated. I'm trying to do a weeks summary and now find that cannot believe or use the Fitbit data.
Google continues to screw up this product and it is frustrating. BUT - there are other choices and if something does not change real quick, my Sense 2 is going into my vise prior to going into the trash.

I am having same problems. Today I swam for 1 hr 22 min. It says I done 285.7 meters and yesterday after 1 hour I done 1610 meter. My zone minutes are always wrong. And some days other calculations don’t make sense. A disaster since google took over. I hate the different sleep forum

I agree. I have been a long-time Fitbit user, and now for the first time I am switching to Apple. My issues started with the upgrade of last fall. Since the upgrade my sleep tracking has been horribly wrong. It is so wrong that to check it I borrowed a sleep monitor from my family doctor and the results of it compared to my Fitbit was hours off! I loved my Fitbit before the upgrade. Now, I am lost as a customer, switching to Apple, and Fitbit does not seem to even care. I have heard from many others with Fitbits that the upgrade last fall ruined the sleep tracking and caused other issues. If Fitbit even cared about keeping its customers, it would either undo the upgrade....or fix it! Goodbye Fitbit....we're breaking up.
