Hi @jammalv - if you mean the face of the watch is broken, it is not something that is replaced normally.
First you have to find a replacement screen and then someone to do it which could be difficult and expensive.
If it is broken you may be able to claim on the insurance but Fitbit don't repair watches and warranty doesn't cover breakage.
