ECG on Sens 2 in NZ?

I can no longer use the ECG function on my Sense 2 in New Zealand. Has that function be deactivated there?

It was working until recently. now when I try to install it will not complete.

ECG functionality on your Sense 2 should be available in New Zealand according to Fitbit's list of corresponding countries:

The ECG app is available on Fitbit Sense 2 in the following countries 

I'd suggest restarting your device and then once again trying to install the ECG app. Before doing so you might want to sync your device with your Fitbit app to not lose any data it has tracked so far. Then just keep the button of your Sense 2 pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
