I went for a run this morning and when I ended the exercise it was showing a distance of 12km and 13k steps in the exercise summary screen. When I exited the screen to the main watch face it was showing 26k steps and 24km travelled so it has somehow logged the exercise twice.
I tried to sync to my phone to see if that would clear up the confusion but I was unable to sync. I restarted my Sense 2 by holding the button down untilt he Fitbit logo appeared. The devide now syncs but it has lost all data from today, showing I have only done 500 steps and no exercise/zone minutes. So I have a couple of questions:
Has this happened to anybody else?
How can I recover the missing data?
To log the exercise I swiped across to the exercise tab on the device and selected run, then started running once GPS connected the same way I do every day and I have never had this happen before.
Thanks

My FitBit clock is working, but displaying the same metrics as a few days ago or tracking any new movements. Not able to sync to phone applications. Restarted watch (and fully charged), restarted phone, connected to Bluetooth, and no pending updates on Fitbit or phone.

My Fitbit Sense 2 was new at Christmas and has gone this 4 times now. Very annoying. I’m having to restart my Fitbit and lose everything.

I cannot do anything with mine. All I get on the screen is data not lost with a red X. Between the ongoing saga of charging cables breaking, it’s got to be the worse purchase I’ve ever made.
