Sense 2 is not Syncing

My Sense 2 is logging steps from yesterday and adding them to todays. I checked and my Sense is not syncing.

Hi @move49 - if you have a syncing problem see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

Make sure that any other devices such as tablets are not switch on, then it may be a good idea to logout of the Fitbit App and restart both phone and watch.

Login to the app again and click profile photo and make sure that the MobileTrack device is not installed also, if it is remove it.

Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience with your Sense 2. 

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users: 

  • Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on. 
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
