Since moving my sense 2 to Google, I have had more issues than when I got my watch. It is not staying connected to Bluetooth and is currently not discoverable to my phone. I have tried shutting off both watch and phone. I have everything up to date. I can get calls to my watch even though on Bluetooth that says not connected. I can get Facebook and pay notifications to my watch but not texts. I’m getting highly frustrated with these issues.

Hi @PonyRunner007 -- Our two Sense 2 trackers started giving us sync problems. Tried all the steps suggested and they would only intermittently sync. Turned out we bought new laptops and had over 6 systems, a few Kindle Fire readers, and a couple of Android phones all blasting Bluetooth. Turned all the Bluetooth devices off and now both trackers sync reliably. We’re attributing our problem to interference…at least for now. Just something to think about...

Thanks for that suggestion! The only two things that use Bluetooth are my soundbar, my headphones, and watch. Very rarely are two things being asked to use Bluetooth so I don’t think that’s my issue but I’ll keep that in mind!

I got it to sync. Facts are since Fitbit went to Google, I’ve had more issues with my watch than I have ever had. Really considering leaving Fitbit because of it
