Hi my sense 2 constantly over measures the number of floors climbed each day. Any ideas what is going wrong and how to fix it?
Any help appreciated.
thanks

Is it windy where you are? If that's the case, then at least we know why there's so many floors. I'm not aware of anything that can be done to fix it.

Hi @Kingswells - the floor count is an inaccurate description as the watch merely measures elevation changes of approx 10 feet increments, so if out walking up inclines it will count floors.
There can also be a software or hardware fault if it counts floors when walking around on the level or even while sitting.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they may take you through the factory reset to check if it is a watch fault in which case you will need to get it replaced.
