I’ve written support so so many times to no avail. I can wear a versa side by side w the Sense 2 during workouts and the versa will accurately show HR of 130s while the Sense 2 thinks is 88. Even when they are provided info like the pics here, they seem clueless.

They drag it out, as if it's an unknown issue. They first told me to "restart it and call back when it happens again"
even though I'd done that a dozen times, changed the workout temps, lighting, arm placement etc.
Of course it's happened again, and again, and again. Fitbit says "your case has been escalated" and nothing else can be done, meanwhile they will not process a return for a defective watch that's 30 days old. Such a waste of customers time to have to do this.

Wonder if anyone will be following up to address this issue w me or continue to delete my comments instead.

Fortunately, I managed to get an RMA from place of purchase.
My advice to anyone that gets this Sense 2 watch is test the HR during exercise asap and return ASAP if it's off. The longer you wait, the more painful it'll be.
Also, nobody at Fitbit followed up other than to delete my comments.
