My sense 2 is miscounting my floors. When I wake up it says I’ve gone up 4 floors and by the end of the day it’s usually around 122 floors. I called support and they told me to clean the back and reload both of which I’ve done with no improvement. This has been going on over a month. Please advise.

Hi @ElsaG - if you have factory reset it and are now on the latest firmware, it would seem your watch is faulty, worth getting it replaced under warranty.where you bought it.
Also you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
For the latest firmware What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? Compare this with the information from watch Settings, About Sense 2, System info.
