Hi there I have an issue with my Fitbit in that it only records the first hour and a half or so of my sleep each night
whilst I know that I am asleep for considerably longer than that. What am I doing wrong? Any tips! Thanks.

Hi @Paul-7011 - you can do 2 things, restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and in the web login change the sleep sensitivity to sensitive, either might help marginally.
Also check your heart rate in the Fitbit App falls during sleep.

@Paul-7011 Also are you wearing the watch tight enough that it is getting a consistent HR reading? If you wear it too loose there may be issues detecting the HR which can also cause issues recording sleep.

As regards the sleep issue, if you have tattoos you may need to wear it in a place where there aren't any or the other arm.
