Sense 2 issues

I upgraded to the sense 2 around Christmas and it was okay. I have noticed that my sense 2 was not always syncing with the app. I tried to restart it and checked for app updates several times.  It worked great for a bit then a month into having the new Fitbit the battery would drain crazy fast and instead of having to charge it once a day or every other day o was having to charge it at least 2x a day. Got that resolved and it was working great. Then I upgraded to Fitbit premium and now my sense 2 tracks my steps great but is not syncing correctly with the app and my sleep tracker only registers about 1-2 days per week. Not sure what’s going on but I’m getting frustrated with these issues that I didn’t have with my previous sense. How can I fix all of this and get everything to work like it should?

Hi @vmbrat1013 - it looks like it's not working very well, can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
