Hi
I got the Sense 2 this week and on multiple occasions that I've been tracking activity it will just turn itself off, there'll be a black screen then the Fitbit logo appears and it goes back to the clock face. It also seems to do that throughout the day at random times.
I've tried factory resets twice, I've tried Bluetooth off so it can't sync, had app running on phone as well as not running on phone. I've read other people have the same issue but wondering is there anything else I can try or is it a faulty hardware/software issue and I need to send it back.
