Won't connect to phone

When I am in my Bluetooth settings on my phone and I tap connect sense it pops up that another app is required but I have no idea what that app is

@TOHearn5570 you need to connect your Sense 2 using the Fitbit mobile app. If you try to connect through Bluetooth Settings on your phone, that doesn't work.
