I turn on always on display mode ,and start workout. I want to see data for the guidance of my workout intense. but it only refresh data in earlier few seconds,then keep showing old data in the following time.
is it a bug ?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the Exercise app function while your Always on display feature is on in your Sense 2.
I would recommend you to restart your Sense 2 and then check if this continues to happen, also, make you sure to wear your Sense 2 correctly.

Best AnswerI have found the reason, the default feature is turn off auto update on display , you need turn on "always on display" in specified workout settings in advance. the settings is at the end.

Best AnswerI find the key point , only running can show realtime live heartrate , biking is not.
Best AnswerI tried it again in bicycling, spinning and running. The display does not lag when in the exercise mode. But if I double press the button and click the lower left icon to view notifications, then resume back, the display will stop updating after a few seconds. This definitely is a bug, unless they intend it to be that way.
