Hey - ever since the last update two weeks ago, I've gotten at least 1 low heart rate alerts every day, up to maybe 4 per day. But I didn't get any prior to the update. I'm wondering if it could be caused by a flaw in the update or if I need to contact my doctor

Hello, @n1ohoho, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the low heart rate notification you're receiving.
My best recommendation would be checking this article, specifically in the part 'How do I improve the accuracy of a heart-rate reading?', just to make sure everything is followed correctly, if you continue getting this type of notifications after you're checked these practices, you can consult with a doctor as you mentioned.

@n1ohoho The Sense 2, like several other models, has a high and low heart rate alert. The feature didn't work right for a while and was fixed with a firmware update. You might have set this up a while ago. Please tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your app, then your Sense 2 tile. Tap on High & Low heart rate. If it is on, and you aren't interested in getting these alerts, just toggle it off. I'm the type of person that will contact my doctor for a repeated notification like this.
I have a low resting heart rate and I turned the low alert on to test the feature. I turned it off after the update because of all the alerts I was getting. But I expected them.
