Hello! My Sense 2 is making a noticeably loud noise when I get notifications. I researched online and confirmed that my vibration is set on light. It almost sounds like something is loose or a metallic shaking sound, if that makes any sense.

Advice?

Thanks for your research, and the details provided. Because this sounds odd, may I know since when this started to happen? Did your device fall off or was expose to an extreme exercise?

In the meantime, I'd recommend restarting your tracker to refresh its performance. You can do it by following the steps described here.
