Sense 2 missing data

I changed the clock face on my sense 2 and all the data for the day has gone, I was at 9000 steps and did two workouts and it’s all disappeared, how do I restore this? I’ve tried putting it back to the original clock face but still showing 0.

Hi @Jennaba.

 

Have you tried opening the Fitbit app on your phone and forcing your device to sync? It may also be worth trying a restart on your watch (press and hold the button for 10 seconds until it restarts).

Yep still the same, after looking it’s wiped my data for yesterday as well as today
