Sense 2 missing info and now stuck on create account

I got a new Sense 2 on 2/15. As of yesterday partial information such as numbers and data missing. I tried resetting to original watch face, deleting and reinstalling the app. Now I tried to reset the Fitbit and it is stuck on the screen that tells you how to set up the Fitbit. I get past picking the language and then it’s stuck. Ever since I synced to google my Fitbit just went bonkers. It won’t download, sync any thing I can’t even use it as a watch

@SherBear76 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for the information and picture. 

The message on your Sense 2 shows that the watch needs to be paired to your account again. 
Open the Fitbit app and try to setup the Sense 2 as a new device. 

What I think happened, is that instead of pressing the button for 8 seconds you did it for longer, which indicated that the watch was reset to the factory settings, unpairing it from your account.
