You can export your data but not import or transfer to a new Google account. That's insane. I had MANY MANY YEARS of fitbit data imported into the new Google Fitbit account. I recently needed to close that Google account so I exported my data and here I am now unable to import it into my new Google account.  It really sucks that one cannot create a user name separate from their Google account to keep their history of data.

Thank you for providing me with detailed information regarding your account. As you've noticed, Fitbit data can only be exported, and not imported or transferred to a different Google account. I know this may be frustrating, and I appreciate your feedback.

Our team is always looking for ways to improve our services, and we'd encourage you to vote for this idea posted in the Product Feedback board. While it currently has a "not currently planned" status, please know we keep monitoring the demand of this idea over time.
