I'm not sure if you are still experiencing this difficulty with the smartwatch.
In the meantime, try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:
Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:
Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device. Restarting the device will not delete your data.
If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.
