In the last few days, my sense is no longer syncing correctly (sleep, hourly steps, etc) I have done everything stated by Fitbit to correct this and nothing has worked!! Reset, deleted app, disconnected from Bluetooth, closed out the app. I am extremely frustrated as my Fitbit is three months old and the last one stopped working after less than 2 years. The product is going downhill.

If you have an Android phone, press and hold the Fitbit icon until the options menu appears. Tap the I in the circle (top right hand corner) then when the main window opens, bottom right hand corner tap the "force stop" button. Close the window and reopen the app. Your Sense2 will now sync again. Hopefully the next firmware update will address this issue amongst many others.

switch to Apple watch. I'm kinda glad to find someone else that had a device that lasted less than 2 years, which is the same case as me, I was starting to think that I'm really unlucky by having a pricey device that only lasted 14 months. Definitely not worth the headache, especially now that their customer service seems to offer a 'sorry for the inconvenience', here's a discount so you can get yet another product that will only last as much lol

I've had recurring sync issues for nearly a year. I've tried everything the "help" desk offers to no avail. Saw your suggestion and tried it. Of course it doesn't work either. Fundamentally an expensive, garbage product from an uncaring company.

I was so happy with my Blaze that when it died after 5 years I got a Sense 2. I’ve had data sun issues since first day. It’s so random. Some days perfect other don’t work from moment I wake up. Main issue is steps data per hour, active hours and heart rate. Tried everything. Logged out, deleted app, turned off iPhone, turned off sense 2, removed Bluetooth, restored pairing, I mean everything. Totally annoyed with the unreliability of the data transfer on this product. Very disappointing indeed.
