Sense 2 no music

Why did I buy a Sense 2? Reason I’ve been a Fitbit user since 2014. Since google bought Fitbit it has been a disaster! They keep saying they take note of this forum, they don’t! Everyone wants Spotify with the ability to control it back. There has been so many requests and still they just ignore it! I will never replace my Fitbit with a google made item. Once it is no longer useful to me I am going to replace it with a reputable manufacturers watch/health/exercise monitor that includes music. After all we like to exercise to music!

Hi @2303 - Fitbit have been removing on board music support from older watches and this generation has no built-in music support or additional apps.

So you need to go to other brands for full music support.

Though if you are in the window Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

It is google who has removed the music platform. Fitbit is just the brand name now. Google have swallowed up a minnow to become a bigger fish. To the detriment of loyal Fitbit users.
