My Fitbit Sense 2 is not charging due to Below Operating Temperature, however everything is normal and I tried with another charger and used my charger with another fitbit. Tried reset, cleaning, shut down and nothing changed. Called customer support and did all the procedures again, but nothing.
Customer Support offered me a 35% discount to buy another device and basically said my device is beyond fixing, which IMO was outrageous. The device was bought 3 years and a month ago and already died.
I then asked if I could export the data so I coud sync it with the iPhone health app, but they said the data only works with the fitbit app.
I am extremely displeased with Fitbit and am posting this thread as a last hope to ressurect my device, that is working perfectly, just not charging.

Unfortunately no answer was given besides a standard reply from Fitbit suggesting I try things I had already stated on the original post that had already been done (I wonder if my original post was read at all). Don't think I will ever by Fitbit products again.

Hi @Caveira ! Welcome to the Community !
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing troubles with your Sense 2 not charging due to Below Operating Temperature. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you tried.
Your Sense 2 should charge properly between 0°C to 35°C. If room temperature is too low, try to charge it in a warmer environment.
Please check as well this help article, Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If you manage to have it on, please try to restart it How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Room is 18 degrees C and all reset/restart procedures have been tried multiple times, as I mentioned on my intial message.
I have now 18% of battery left. Is there anything else I could try?
