Hi,
so I’ve had my fitbit sense 2 since a couple of months now and all of a sudden, the vibration stopped working but just with the notifications. It vibrates with alarms and timer, but not when I receive a notification. When I swipped up or look a the watch, I can see the messages on the fitbit but it didn’t vibrate to tell me I had a message.
I tried alot of things already,
I restarted my phone, I took the bluetooth off and put it back on, I uninstalled my fitbit and reinstalled it in the phone, redoing the pairing process. I checked for updates, still nothing.
And no, notification are not off, disturbance neither and it is not set in sleep mode. And vibrate mode is on high.
I cannot seem to get my fitbit to vibrate with notifications!
very disappointed ☹️

Hi there, @LisaMarie3003. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is not vibrating when you receive notifications. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if this is happening all the time or at specific times? Have you checked if the notifications are not vibrating when you phone is on Focus or DND mode maybe? This feature prevents your phone from sending notifications. Verify that do not disturb is off:
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi @MarreFitbit. I have been having the exact same issue with my Sense 2 which I've had for about a year. The notifications work one day and then not the next. Similar to @LisaMarie3003 I have tried all kinds of troubleshooting tricks myself but cannot get it to work. I've also confirmed that Do Not Disturb is turned off.
Can you please help?

Same thing is happening to me. Everything has worked for the last couple years and now I get no vibrating notifications only for text messages. All other notifications seem to work. All my settings are correct. Sleep and dnd are off so I am assuming this is a bug on Fitbits end. Also very disappointed

@MarreFitbit Like I said in previous post, do not disturb is not on. And this is still an issue 😡 and it is all the time. I rebooted the watch and seemed to work for a while but it is doing it again today. At the price I paid for this watch, I am very dissapointed by this. When I look at my phone and have 10 notifications and no vibrations ever but I can read them though is frustrating.

I had the same issue as all of you. This all started after they canceled wifi on the Sense 2. I called customer service and they didn't help. I found of you go to the fitbit app and to your watch options ( where you turn on and off notifications) there is now a mirror my phone mode you need to enable to receive all your notifications. I hope this helps everyone!

I’ve got exactly the same issue too, and have tried all the trouble shooting above. I can’t see the “mirror my phone” option on the app though. My phone is up to date and is an iPhone 16 ProMax.
This is so frustrating!! I returned the original Sense 2 I bought because the watch face/led was fractured and glitchy and now this has happened with the replacement. With the price of these they shouldn’t have problems like this.

I've been through all the troubleshooting, changed it to mirror my phone as suggested above by a punter, and it still isn't working.
Clearly this is a known issue, it's happening to heaps of people, so please stop telling us that we are doing something wrong when we're not and get it fixed or tell us how to fix it.
I'm using a Sense 2, and a Samsung A35.

I have the same - the number of times I have gone through the trouble shooting guide - both on here and online
it’s stopping sending me notifications meaning I am missing calls and messages
I have done all that’s suggested and it’s not working at all now.
absolutely fed up to the back teeth with it and I have been a Fitbit user since the first incarnation
it’s like they don’t want it work with Apple phones
if anyone has any further suggestions on how to make it actually give you the notifications on my wrist - whole reason for upgrading to it
I would really appreciate it

After much headache, I found something that solved the problem for me of no vibration notifications with text.
Somehow the “sleep” option got turned on on my Sense 2. Swipe down to your menu options. If the :crescent_moon: is lit, turn it off. Immediately fixed mine. It wasn’t the sleep mode on my phone that was the issue. It was the sleep mode on my watch.
hope this helps.
