As of today (3/25/23)
my sense 2 won’t
sync (even with phone reset and Bluetooth reset). Phone is next to watch
it also won’t take a charge. I can plug it in (4 prong fast charger thing). It will recognize it as in screen will top up but won’t show battery life or That it’s charging
ehile in the app it when forced to sync it will get to about 50 percent and just get stuck. (Says taking longer than expected ). It will then basically error out. Taking me to the “fix option”. I’ve follows Thst and the iPhone reset but still nothing

HI @Sc-shark - try the steps in this link it might help with the charging which may allow you to restart properly.

If the watch is behaving normally remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone, logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone.
Login again and wait for any pair, link and Fixit prompts and sync.
