I have walked a few miles and at least 50 floors of stairs this morning, yet my Fitbit registers ZERO. Not just undercounting. Yesterday I finally got the app moved to google and synced. Before that my steps were counted, I just didn’t have access to the app. Turning things off, reinstalling, etc are not working. What is the fix?

Thank you for taking the time to share this information with me regarding your Sense 2. Thanks for trying to fix it on your own.
Please restart your Sense 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
