Sense 2 ECG reports won't start on Fitbit app

My ecg app simply doesn't work anymore. It opens, but the analysis doesn't start. It was working till some days ago. No update seems to be available. I switched off and on both my watch and my phone, with no results

  1. Log out from your account and force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log into your account
  4. Try taking an ECG reading from your Sense 2 and then check your results on the Fitbit app.
