I was given a Sense 2. They factory reset the Fitbit before giving it to me. I set up a google account and I’m trying to sync my phone to it. The Fitbit send me a four digit code and punch it in. Always come back with an error. I have no idea what to do. Please help

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Sense 2 is showing an error when trying to sync it with your phone.
Which phone device and OS version do you have? Have you already checked if the Fitbit app needs an update?
