Fitbit Sense 2 screen does not automatically light up when a message comes in.
I find this a significant issue from a user experience perspective because whilst the watch vibrates, its easily missed without the screen lighting up at the same time.
I loved this feature of my Versa 2 and even chose the Sense 2 over an apple watch because apple watch does the same prioritising either phone or watch not both. Not realising the latest fitbits not longer support this feature.
Users should be able to select their preference. Im contemplating returning the watch and getting a refund thats how much of an impact I find it.
