Sense 2 not receiving calls notifications

Hello-periodically I to have to go through the steps to pair Sense 2 calls to my phone and it always works. It is not working this time.   I clicked to "forget this device"  then updated the app and the phone and  restarted both the phone and watch. I have tried turning the blue tooth off and turning airplane mode on.  Nothing is working.  Sense 2 calls is not showing as a device in my bluetooth, but when I go to the app and check on wrist calls, it is saying device is paired. 

I'm out of ideas! Please help.

Thank you for letting me know this situation with your Sense 2 calls notifications. I appreciate your efforts in improving this situation.

I recommend you to check this article, specifically the part 'Why are notifications delayed or missing?'. I'm positive this will help you with this. Also, keep in mind airplane mode and do not disturb need to be off in both your cellphone and Sense 2.

Thank you.  I solved the text notification issue, however my phone is not pairing with Sense 2 calls-it is no longer even showing it as an option. I removed it from devices when it wouldn't pair, now it's not even showing as a device option.   I have tried all the steps in this article and nothing works to restore Sense 2 calls.  Based on people's comments about their watch crashing after this latest update, I'm reluctant to continue to try and shut down the watch.  I too received the red X but luckily the watch game back.  It's a shame that the calling works so poorly.  My husband got our watches in January and have only been able to use the call function about 5 times. 

Has anyone else had the issue of the Sense 2 calls not appearing in their device list? Thanks!
