Hello there @iammrsbob, welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I'm happy to help you with this screen issue. To be honest, I haven't seen these symbols on a Fitbit device before.

Could you please clarify if you're seeing this on your Sense 2 or on your phone? It's possible that a third-party clock face might be incompatible with your current firmware.

To troubleshoot, please try changing your Sense 2 clock face and see if the issue persists.

I am see this on my Sense 2..

The watch face that I'm using is  one of the clocks faces available through the fitbit clock app.

Hi there @iammrsbob! Thank you for your reply.

Please note that the Clock Faces gallery contains both Fitbit and third-party clock faces. I recommend selecting a Fitbit-developed clock face. You can usually find the developer's name listed under the clock face name. As an example, see the image below:

I got a message on app stating I need to update my app or it will stop working. Why would do this there still ongoing issues which I don't want to deal with? Also, you never respond to the private message you sent me that I responded to. Communication is should be there and is severely lacking.

@1GinnyME1   Your post is off topic and I don't think you can get the help you need here.  Please start a new thread in this forum or the appropriate app forum (Android or iOS).  What version of the Fitbit app do you have?

Also, you didn't tag the moderator, like I tagged you.  The moderator won't get a notification from your post.
