Sense 2 not saving ECG assessments

My Fitbit Sense 2 will not save my ECG assessments. I keep receiving an error that says "Save past assessments or data will be lost". My watch is currently syncing. I have done a quick reset on the watch but still encountering this error.

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2 and the steps tried prior to posting. While this is odd, may I know if your watch is syncing correctly? If not, do you get an error message?

In the meantime, let's try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app by doing the following:

1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings
2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
3. Open the Fitbit app, tap Devices at the upper left corner > Add More Devices
4. Select your Sense 2, tap on Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions
5. Try installing the ECG app on your watch and check your previous results afterward
