Just got a new sense 2 through the warranty and the watch fitbit sent will not stay on even while at 100% charge. It did the update and everything to get the new watch set up and still only stays on for about 10 seconds then turns itself off again. Anyone have this happen to them or did I just get a dud device?

Sad to hear that your having issues with your replacement Sense 2. I'd suggest trying to restart your device by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until it will show the Fitbit logo on it's display. If that won't work for you, you most likely have received a faulty device, and you might want to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:
