Hi,
I have a sense 2 that I've been using for a few months now. Yesterday it refused to sync, and as instructed, I restarted it and the phone and it worked. Later on it refused again, and restarting everything didn't work any longer. I uninstalled the app, installed again, but still nothing. Next I "forgot" the device from blutooth and when trying to add the connection, it sees the device but sense 2 rejects pairing and I have no idea what to do next. Everything is updated, so that shouldn't be the problem.
Please help.

Hi there @RandomUsername4 and welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Thank you for your efforts and for sharing with us the situation you're having with your Sense 2, which doesn't sync anymore and can't be paired with the Fitbit App.
I suggest you turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait about 10+ seconds, and then turn it back on.
Please check if you met all the requirements as described here: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, I had this issue after the last update. It has been working fine for 1.5 weeks but the sync issue is now happening again. I don't want to delete my device as I lost all my data last time.
Is this a widespread issue?

My Sense 2’was working for months.
i was in the mountains recently and the Sense 2 battery died. When it recharged, the Fitbit logo appeared and would not go away. Like the watch was reset. I removed it from iOS Bluetooth and the Fitbit app. I tried to repair the device, but no luck. The Fitbit app sees the Sense 2, but the watch never shows the 4 digit pairing code, so basically pairing fails. I have restarted the phone and the Sense 2 many times with no different result. I did just recently update the phone to iOS 18.
anyone have this issue and get it resolved?
