Sense 2 not tracking hourly activity

My Sense 2 did not correctly track my morning hourly activity or my steps.  I know I have been active all morning but the readings are all low. Battery is at 66% so it’s not that. Hope it’s just a glitch for today

Thanks for sharing this with me, and confirming the battery level. I understand your Sense 2 didn't update your Hourly Activity, but is this data correctly displayed on the Fitbit app?

As you said, it might be that your watch couldn't detect your steps today. But to make sure this doesn't happen again, check the following recommendations:

  1. Restart your watch to refresh its performance
  2. On the Fitbit app, try adjusting your stride length for run and walk
  3. Wear your Sense 2 snug on your wrist, meaning not too tight or loose
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
