Cannot set on-wrist phone calls on Sense 2

My iphone 11 cant find the sense 2 calls option to allow on wrist calls

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let's work on this together. Before anything else, make sure to turn off or take to a different room any other Bluetooth device that you have nearby. This is to avoid any interference.

Once this is done, try the following steps in the given order:

1. Forget any Fitbit devices from the Bluetooth settings
2. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
3. Tap Devices at the upper left corner > Sense 2
4. Tap On-Wrist Calls and follow the instructions below to set up on-wrist calls

Please keep in mind that the Sense 2 Controls will connect only when receiving calls to save the battery life of your watch.
