Sense 2 not tracking my stats correctly

This is the second post on the same subject. My app is upto date and I have not tinkered with my preferences. My aerobic activity is auto sensed but since Jan 1st,has not been calculating active zone and calorie spent. Except for step count, nothing is calculated on the watch and obviously on the sync... The sense 2 is just a year old. Is it an intentional feature to stop working after a year? I'm wondering as nobody has responded to my post a few days back.

I have a similar issue... My sense 2 will burn more calories from me walking around at the gym from station to station than when I'm lifting weights. My workout yesterday was a heavy 50 minute leg day, and it said I only burned 100 calories, but sleeping and waking up burns 500? My friends Galaxy watch said he burned 490 calories doing the same workout as me. It never calculates zone minutes either, and another Fitbit user cleaned her house and had over 100 zone minutes, when I do high intensity lifts--- I get NOTHING. The only time I get zone minutes is when I do cardio...

I also am having a problem with my sense 2 properly tracking my runs. I just ran 3 miles at a 5.5 mile pace, which took me approximately 33 minutes. When I downloaded the data from the watch to my phone it had broken the run up into Three minute intervals. Not only that there was only five intervals meaning it says I ran for 15 minutes and each of those intervals showed that I had run for .25 miles, again meaning that my total mileage was one and a quarter miles. My watch has the latest firmware, which I almost think might be the problem.  The last couple of runs that I’ve done Before this, it would recognize the run and log it is one continuous run for time and mileage. I also had left a message in this form and had not heard anything back yet. Hopefully somebody can figure this out .
