I’ve had the latest version for awhile but yesterday my clock got stuck on a time and the touch screen isn’t responding, not tracking my steps, Heart rate, etc. I’ve synced multiple times, turned Bluetooth on and off, repaired, charged and it still persists. I charged it fully and the time changed but is now stuck on that time and not tracking steps, heart rate, etc. Any ideas to resolve?
Best AnswerHave you tried setting it up as a completely new device?
