Sense 2 not tracking pace in run

My run today only tracked my heart rate and not my pace. The GPS function appears to be fine but when in the app I can only see my heart rate graph

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your map.

I'm not sure if the issue still persists. Please perform the following steps in order to fix it:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
