Sense 2 not tracking sleep stages

I even shaved my wrist for this piece and it still won't get sleep stage data. I've had it for a month and less than half the nights it's been to get sleep stage data and only displays basic details. You say if I don't get more than three hours uninterrupted sleep it won't show any sleep stages which is total BS because I get up multiple times a night to use the bathroom and it's worked on those nights but not on others.

I know you think you're clever by trying to filter my data but you're not. It's my data and I want to see it. If you can't give me consistently accurate sleep data I'm going to return this snake oil and get an oura ring.

@FitbitUser0919 and @Nosleepscore100 Welcome to the community forums. @DramaQueenDiva Thanks for stopping by.

@FitbitUser0919 and @Nosleepscore100 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand how important this data is for you and just to confirm, have you taken into consideration the rest of the conditions described here? I'm asking this as aside from 3 hours of sleep, you need consistent heart rate data to generate sleep stages, and then sleep scores.

In the meantime, please try restarting your watch to refresh its performance. Then wear your watch about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and once you're awake, open the Fitbit app to sync and check your details.
