My sense 2 has stopped recording my sleep stages when I sleep. I've tried everything.
- Turning phone/watch off and on again
- Cleaned the back of the watch where the sensors are
- Factory reset watch
- Log out of the app, uninstall and reinstall
- Disconnecting from app and pairing watch to phone
- Edit in sensitivity in sleep settings
- Refresh app once I've looked on the app.
Tightening the watch strap is a moot option at I've worn it without problems before, it shouldn't be causing the problem now at it's already snug on my wrist.
Nothing is working. I didn't know it stopped working till I noticed the ECG flashing red sensor wasn't working. I need human contact to figure how to fix this as searching the web has left me at solutions that don't work.
Please, PLEASE someone help me. It looks like I might have to buy a new one, and sense 2 watches are not cheap
