Sense 2 not tracking steps and distance walked correctly

I got my sense 2 at the end of November and have had to call at least 5 times since then. My fiance and I walk outside every day. We walk exactly the same distance and my tracker is drastically less than his. During my many calls I was told to turn off automatic stride length. This made things worse and I believe that the stride length is stuck on the number that was entered even though I have since put it back to automatic stride length. It is very disheartening when you exercise every day and it looks like you are walking extremely slow when you are not. On one call I asked to be transferred to someone in the US because his English was so bad and he told me I could call back and get someone else. Rude.
