Sense keeps flashing fitbit logo. Will not charge

Sad to hear that your Fitbit device isn't working as expected.
Please try restarting your Sense 2 by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display, then release it's button to let it restart.
If that won't work for you, I'd suggest letting the battery of your device drain to the point where it will shut off. Then give it a full charge, which will take longer than usual as the battery will be deep discharged this time. If it won't charge, please have a look here for troubleshooting:
